Contribution of Participative Decision-Making Style on Teachers’ Professional Performance in Mbeere South Sub-County Public Secondary Schools

Decision-making styles are key significant factors in respect to the professional performance of employees any organisation, a school not being an exception. This study investigated contribution participative style decision making teacher Mbeere-south sub-county public secondary schools. The objective that guided this was: establish contributions on teachers Mbeere south sub-county. It was by Fred Fiedler’s contingency theory management and conducted Two hundred forty seven were sampled using Taro Yamane formula from target population six twenty nine eleven principals equally randomly fifty four principals. Questionnaires interview schedules used collect data respectively. Descriptive survey research design conduct research. established marginally embraced area. However, found have high levels influence teachers’ performance.
